A furniture production complex will appear in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district in the west of the capital, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction Vladimir Yefimov.
"For realization of this large-scale investment project the city will provide the investor with a land plot in the area of Ryabinova Street without tenders. More than 300 workplaces will be created at the enterprise. Private investments in the project realization may exceed 3 billion rubles," - said Vladimir Efimov.
Up to 150 new production sites are opened in the capital every year.
Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transportation Maxim Liksutov explained that on behalf of Sergei Sobyanin the city offers on special terms to locate production facilities that meet high quality standards for the products they produce.
"The new industrial complex in UAB will manufacture furniture sets, office desks, wooden wall panels and bleachers for events. It is planned that the plant will be able to produce over 1,000 units per year," he specified Maxim Liksutov.
The lease agreement for the realization of the MaIP will be concluded with the investor for five years, during which time it is necessary to complete the works and launch production.
"As part of the implementation of a large-scale investment project, the city will lease a land plot of about 1.8 hectares. On it, the investor will be able to build production facilities with a total area of about 8.5 thousand square meters," added the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of City Property Maxim Gaman.
It should be reminded that the status of MaIP is assigned to projects aimed at providing the capital with advanced and high-tech industries, as well as important infrastructure facilities.
