Construction started on two residential buildings on Luzhnetskaya Embankment

Now nine residential and two office buildings are being constructed in the complex. Six of them have already passed the zero mark of construction: in two buildings reinforcement of structures and floor slabs of the 13th floor is underway, in three others work on the level of the third floor continues.

In the office zone, the foundation slab has been completed and concrete pouring has started. In the underground part of the buildings, a two-level parking lot has been designed, where preparation of grounds, foundation slabs and the above-ground level are in progress.

"The architectural concept of the space is characterized by the correct geometry of the place with functional zoning, expressive facades of surrounding buildings and landscaped urban environment. As part of the multifunctional residential complex, in particular, they will make a town square. It will become a multi-format space, combining leisure, business and cultural functions," added the Chief Architect of Moscow Sergei Kuznetsov.

The area of the land plot is 8.4 hectares. Alleys and paths for walking, ornamental water bodies and recreation areas will be located near the houses on the landscaped territory for residents.

Anton Slobodchikov noted that Mosgosstroynadzor controls the implementation of the project at all stages.

"The inspectors conducted an on-site inspection, in the course of which, together with specialists of the subordinate Center of Expertise, assessed the compliance of geometric parameters of monolithic and prefabricated structures, as well as the compliance of the surface of reinforced concrete products with the approved design solutions," he specified.

The total area of real estate in the multifunctional complex Luzhniki Collection will exceed 324 thousand sq. m. The height of the buildings will be from four to 18 floors. The developer is ABSOLUT Investment Group.
